WAXAHACHIE — A triple celebration infused the St. Joseph Catholic Community with joy and fueled scores of memories on Oct. 8, when Bishop Edward J. Burns served as the main celebrant of a Mass commemorating St. Joseph Catholic School’s 25th anniversary and the one-year anniversary of the parish’s new church’s dedication.

Mass Time Change in January

Starting on Sunday, January 7th, the 12:30 pm will move to 12 pm. This also affects the start of second session of Sunday school. Second Session will be from 11 to 11:45 am starting that same Sunday.

Hike for Life on Saturday September 23

The Knights of Columbus, St. Joseph Catholic Church, is sponsoring the 44th Annual Hike for Life on Saturday September 23 at Getzendaner Park in Waxahachie. The Hike is the oldest Pro-Life event in Texas and is one of the primary fundraisers for Crisis Pregnancy Centers throughout the Dallas area.  The Hike provides life-saving funds and raises awareness of the dignity of all human life from conception to natural death. Registration begins at 8:00 am, followed by prayer and speakers at 8:30 am. The Hike begins at 9:00 am.
